Shipping Notice!

Due to the increased volume of orders, our standard order delivery times are extended to approximately 3-4 weeks. We understand the importance of timely deliveries and we are doing our best to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

 What currencies are your products available in and do you ship internationally?

Yes, We ship internationally and all prices are translated in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We are working hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. We are just as eager for you to start enjoying your new products as you are eager to receive them! Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be shipped out and 3 weeks from the purchase date for your order to be delivered. We strive to get your products to you as soon as possible, however production speed and shipping times do vary. Tracking numbers will be available 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED.

If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at tryteava@gmail.com so we can make it right.

How long do I have to request a refund or replacement?
Any issues with delivery, missing items, or damaged products must be reported within 10 days of the date your order is marked as delivered according to the carrier’s tracking information.

What happens if I contact you after 10 days?
Requests submitted after the 10-day window are not eligible for refunds or replacements. After this timeframe, we are no longer able to file claims with our shipping partners


Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You are eligible for free cancellation on any order you place as long as you do so before the item(s) shipped. If the item is already shipped, please refer to the aforementioned steps to receive a full refund.

Help! I have entered an incorrect address and the order is already placed.
No problem! If you have entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct mailing address. Kindly notify us at tryteava@gmail.com if the original address entered is incorrect so we can promptly update it without any order delays. No refund will be given after 24 hours of an incorrect address submission if we haven’t been notified.
